The Managing Broker/Owner has over 25 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Lee Upshaw
I remember my father talking to me about the “American Dream.” For me, that dream was owning a nice home in the suburbs with a big yard and a white picket fence. When I realized that I could help people realize their real estate dreams, I was sold. I knew then I had to become a Broker. I obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license and I've been helping others “live the dream” since 2013.
Prior to becoming a Broker, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration in 2003 from Illinois State University. In 2011, I furthered my education and obtained my Master's in Education from National Louis University. With that, I pursued a career as a Special Education Teacher.
As your Broker, I will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. Every effort will be made to ensure that you are pleased with your new home and you receive a fair market deal.
Jennifer Upshaw
My desire to become a Broker dates back to 2004 when my father started L. Upshaw Realty, Inc. He once told me I can do anything I want in this world --there are no limits. As I watched my father and my brother help others become homeowners and heard the stories of how they assisted others in making their dreams come true, I received my Real Estate Broker’s license in June 2017 and I'm eager to help others in a way I've never been able to before. For the past 15 years, I've been working in the healthcare field. After graduating from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science in 2006, I decided I wanted to become a nurse. I went to Lewis University to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and I have been working as a Registered Nurse since 2013.
